From the outside, the hotel is very large and busy, with the more exact hinsehen but you discover many faults. The location is wonderful-the beach is in the immediate vicinity, the aquapark of fun especially for families with children. We relax, the only thing that bothered us, was the long queues in the restaurant, as well as the food, the partly took some getting used to was. The hotel makes from the outside, like from the inside a very good impression. The lobby is arranged generous and works comfortably. By the rooms we were positively surprised shr: They are not very roomy, generally in a good condition and also the baths exhibited anything on up to very small, cosmetic errors no larger lack. The hotel plant was simply super. That external area like for example: Pool and green belts were maintained and cleaned each day. Also the rooms were very roomy in a good condition and. The offer of the all inclusive was really good and sufficient. Only which disturbed was that the hotel was occupied by Russian fellow citizens predominantly and the staff did not speak German. The service staff was very friendly!! In our room 4 days air conditioning system did not function! It interested none. River was switched off mehre marks. To otherwise dirty towels, defective beach chairs, broken sun screens, always queue at the buffet, missing glasses. And nearly all children got ear inflammation. It is enough or? Read more
