The vacation was great, since we met nice people. Mostly German and Austrian guests, hardly any Russians and a small proportion of English. The food was not as good and in the evening, we had to wait about 20 minutes, before you get a table. The Italian restaurant is not recommended, since it didn't taste and there are preferred guests, the pay something. The hotel is shabby, but clean. Why be hated the food, I don't know, but there was always something for everyone, which one could eat and I always got full. I was a week and needed only diving to sleep... Therefor it was completely okay. The leisure activities offered are good. Absolutely priceless is the sunset from the pool on the roof of the hotel! We stayed at the beginning very skeptical because this hotel was rather less noisy good reviews. But none of these bad reviews we could find.
The complex was gorgeous so many possibilities to relax whether at the pool or in the sea while snorkeling. The food was also at least four stars deserves to the meal had no problems.
The cleaning forces and service staff was always friendly and helpful and not pushy at all the rooms were always very clean and tidy.

Where do i start 1st of all if your not Russian DO NOT go Hotel was full of them 2nd We got there on 18th Jan 2010 at about 12am after a 4 hour delay at East Mid airport due to weather conditions in Sharm El Sheikh so right from the start holiday was a disaster 1st impressions of the hotel when we walked through the main entrance was wow what a lovely hotel but that soon went down the pan when we were showed to our what i thought was going to be rooms there was 4 of us and 2 rooms booked through Flight line whom Im never going to use again We got taken through a door of the lobby to our rooms as the lifts or elevators were not working OMG what a DUMP the corridor leading to stairs it was full of rubbish cleaning equipment and sandbags Got to our room only to find out that 4 of us had to share a 3 bedroom room i booked 2 rooms because my daughter and mother came with us and it was not right for them to share a room with myself and partner FLIGHT LINE MESSED UP booking Day 1 spent most of the day trying to sort out room ringing flight line no joy there We wanted another room and hotel said yes we could but at a cost of £750 After ringing several people i got hold of a rep who delt with this sort of problem too cut a long story short he got us a room for £280 in the end the hotel was trying to rip us off there i think 3rd Even after a week there the hotel tried to get yet more money out of us by saying that we had only paid for 3 adults and 1 child and that we had to pay them more money for the child Now that really peed me off because i paid the same amount of money for my 12 year old as i did for myself good job i had taken my booking letter which states 4 adults paid in full no more was said by hotel 4th There were 3 lifts and 4 elevators non of which were working it took the a week to get them up and running 5th States 2 pools only 1 you could use and that was 3 days into our holiday they cleaned it out 6th We had a terrace room you could only open the door that was it no room from door to terrace to stand 7th As for the privet beach not worth going there you dont get the sun where it is situated and the sea bed is dirty I could list more but only allowed so many words The best things about the hotel were the beds and shower Beds were very big and comfortable The shower was very powerful and always had hot water Room was cleaned every day
