Nicely renovated hotel. Our room had only one window in the upper part of the room, which meant that you could only see the sky. Heating could not be regulated and that we had in the November in torn up windows sleep and still sweated! Breakfast choice for the quality of the hotel rather poor, is however unfortunately often the rule in Italy. Very good location for sightseeing, about 5 to 10 minutes walk to the Rialto bridge or to the Piazza San Marco. very nice, modern hotel in an old palazzo in the center of Venice. Everything (Rialto, San Marco...) to about 5 to 10 minutes easy to reach on foot. Very reasonable prices in the off-season. Breakfast included scrambled eggs without extra charge. Read more

The hotel had a fantastic location on the Piazza p. M Formosa. Early in the morning, a view over the nearly deserted Piazza... A real dream. The hotel is a former palace, quite old and everything is wrong. This is, of course, the flair of this hotel. Otherwise everything is available.
