We found the the room acceptable for 145 dollars,but that was at half price I would not pay the 265 a night for it,two draw backs we found was first I drove right past the the place and had to drive all the way to the roundabout at canberra to turn around about 10km each way,no sign to my recollection of saying here it is be ready to turn,secondly comming back to the Ridges at about 6pm after a day in Canberra found it very dark and uninviting wanting something to eat we saw the roadhouse next door more inviting and better value warm local people eating out and the food is good,in all and average room in class as a motel room,if I had to pay 265 or abouts I would rather be in the heart of Canberra,the room was clean and comfortable. - in March 11

We stayed in a spa room it was dirty,stains on carpet and walls,broken taps shabby carboards.

However the room was tired; the carpet stained; the sofa was also stained (which made me afraid to even touch it); the bath towels were small and stained; we were only provided with one face washer even though there were two of us staying in the room; and finally there was a cockroach in the hotel directory in our room.
