Great Hotel, nice and clean area, good food, but unfortunately without rental car a bit far from Altea. And the quality of the beach was not so great. From October it is acceptable also very quiet. Read more

What I expect five stars but this hotel did not close: service by the pool, two of the four restaurants, no evening with live music, staff-up to a few exceptions-without any foreign language skills, no German, English or French, huge Spa area but it is normally used as the indoor pool or the fitness centre free of charge. The area can get very high charges. If you are in the hotel the stamped postcards to mail you once again be with 1 euro per card to pay for the circumstances! Incredible. Actually a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, the leadership is a little weak. This is for example, the many things not working properly. The hotel is outside of the season (excluding events) quite empty.
The furnishing is very nice, however, crumbled here and there the paint...
The guests were mainly Spanish and British, a few Russians and practically no German. Inza a rather quiet guests total.
