Everything here is genuine and natural. Combined with modern comforts, our hotel provides the ideal destination for your holidays in South Tyrol:

Located outside the city in an idyllic landscape, our hotel provides a place of quietness and romance in the romantic harbour of Sares (978 metres above sea level) near S. Lorenzo di Sebato at Plan de Corones - Puster Valley - Dolomites - South Tyrol.

Half board:
- Sunday aperitif
- Breakfast buffet with crunchy bread, farmer's butter, home-made jams and stewed fruit, home-made cake, vitality muesli, fruit juices, varied cold meat slices, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, curd cheese and fresh eggs from our farm.
- In the evening 4-course menu of your choice with salads and cold starters from the buffet, warm starters and main course of your choice, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as organic products from our farm.
- In summer barbeque evenings with accordion music (weather permitting)
Gastronomy in the hotel
Our restaurant spoils your palate. Mr. Tauber and his team spoil you with special South Tyrolean and Mediterranean dishes. We mainly use products from our own farm, vegetables and herbs from our garden, eggs and meat from our own animals.

Please keep it up! Since 9 years we always to the ski vacation here and enjoy the delicious food, the fantastic South Tyrolean wines personal atmosphere-you must say: family contact the very likeable art. A excellent family run business. We had three in an obvious freshly renovated and comfortable equipped room in a hotel, consisting of two underground connected buildings with tight 30 rooms. On small frozen over lake is the brand new sauna facility with steam bath and normal sauna with a wonderful peace room with great view. the value for money is extremely positive.
Immaculate, cf the comments above, we had a TV, balcony, safe and telephone, everything was perfectly clean and the furniture new.

A small, comfortable hotel, which with attention of the family and the employees run. Really friendly, yes almost informal atmosphere.
only remaining'points of criticism' is the distance to the lift, which by the hotel's shuttle service at least partly. Compensated will, a missing pool (the natural swimming pond is in the winter understandably not usable ) and some elderly establishment of the children/ Sportzimmers.

This historic hotel in the small Weiler Maria Saalem, (chapel, rectory, barn, gasthaus' Saalerwirt' and new Gasthaus), offers everything for a relaxing, appreciative vacation off the beaten track any Turbulence.
