... twice a year for three weeks in lives and the Sacher for years, you should expect when we arrived a bit more than the obligatory map of the hotel manager. No bottle of wine, no champagne a few tepid petit fours. Also over the Christmas holidays and Christmas Eve as well as new year's Eve... Nothing! My friends as rent for years a deluxe double room number 108 in the non-renovated first floor, a small separate has the next door, which I used several times. The first floor has significant wear and should be renovated in the future. We had... Read more

still my nr1 in Vienna. Much too expensive... Logo. But if Vienna, then the mood of the last century, with a very attentive service. Standard room was small and overly expensive... But it is the atmosphere... And there is a euro more than normal due. Restaurants such as breakfast buffets excellent, the location anyway... The new rich Russians are annoying...! They sachertorte is not worth their price. Read more

Perfect retreat for the city of Vienna, the good old traditional with immediate vicinity, architecture and decor is welcome! Luxury and classic elegance decorate the entire hotel. Our Junior suite was very spacious with a nice balcony and valuable furniture view. Big plus: Fantastic sauna and SpA, as well as the first-class dinner with perfect unobtrusive service, combined with the Viennese charm. Thank you! Read more

Exclusive hotel, but the following defects: the hot water takes about four minutes in the bath water, until you can use it, the phone in the room worked only, if one was called,
At check-out you could not with the normal EC card ('our device is to old' , ' was the reply), very annoying at the check out. Read more

... booked. The reception was very friendly. The reception area for check-in and check-out is not in a large, impersonal hall, but in a small separate room. Pictures famous guests hang on the walls. The bar is really small, but comfortable. The staff there was very attentive. The cocktails are first class. The breakfast is extensive. The on-site cafe during the day well-attended, a place hard to get right. If You're Looking for onto a personally managed luxury hotel sets, Internet is available in the hotel Sacher well cared for. We will be back. Read more
