We were this year for the fourth time in a row at the salad beach resort and will probably return next year. The price/performance ratio is very good! We had no problems with the beach chairs and umbrellas! (See photo) the furnishing of the rooms is not brand new, but it has everything, what you need and they are really very clean.

We found the salad beach resort in Thailand stay (16 days, six resorts) as the best resort, super nice vegetation in the entire area, small and well arranged. Very nice courteous staff, large, clean rooms (we had a bungalow), at high tide the beach is unfortunately hardly there, but it was good with a terrace right over the water and you can over a staircase into the sea, we didn't mind that at all. This year we were already the second time in this resort. Because we had to leave after our first stay (2008) very impressed!
This year we spent our Thailand trip a week there and had a wonderful time! Much had changed in the past two years, most of the positive sense. What was negative, however, was the mattresses for the beach chairs by the pool, as well as on the beach. Unfortunately these were already quite run down atzt and cash.
