We had a round trip, with daily excursions from these hotel from booked.
When we arrived we were a bit disappointed, it looked at first sight not so great from. The sun shone and the pool area was still very dirty. But on the next day everything was cleaned we have learned, that up to our arrival only rain and storm was!
The hotel itself is older what you see, but the staff makes every effort and is very friendly.
You should know, on the weekends you get many Maltese, but all hotels be.

We had a room with a sea view booked. When checking in we had unfortunately a few hours wait, but got a massive suite on the fifth floor with dreamlike view over the entire bay. there are CIRCA 300 rooms over 5 floors. The 4 lifts are adequate and fast.

The 10 year old hotel required urgently a complete overhaul. It has in the rooms large deficiencies: broken furniture, hangers, the too broad for the closets and therefore the wardrobe pollution. Heating and air conditioning, which is not working properly (it is at all corners and ending), an unbelievably bad organized Liquidation
in the restaurant. Therefore totally hectic atmosphere -all guests are constant on the way, a forgotten spoon or a plate to get (only as an example ). The staff in the restaurant rude! Smile prohibited?
