Pure food and drinks rip-off! Wi-Fi outrageously expensive! No helpfulness by the pool when folding of the umbrella, under the motto: Each guest is right-in any case! Never again San Clemente palace or Italy! Read more

... by no means equipped in the event of adverse weather conditions (wind, rain). The private pier at San Marco is devoid of any cover, so in case of bad weather has forced to wait for the shuttle exposed to the elements. From the pier at the entrance proper, passing through a beautiful tree (nice if it's sunny) of more than 100 meters and also without a minimum coverage in the event of rain is not just best.
The pool, when I went there it was closed because of bad weather. The spa and gym simplify the ridiculous for a hotel of this size and cat... Read more

The additional costs of insularity is forced the hotel's boat (20 minutes and all free of charge).
the Marcus place to use 'Venedigflair' glimpses of the view from the island to the panorama of Venice was impressive. Unfortunately they give you in the hotel's restaurant even with.
The food in the restaurants is not worth the high prices (for example in-house Zabajone was served from 'hautige cream in the fridge'.
The opening hours of the wellness area is disastrous (MO closed, otherwise 9-19 o'clock). Read more

The hotel was really great. It was located on a private island, connection to St. Mark's Square with a hotel boat every 20 minutes. The hotel building was beautiful and very, very generous. The furnishings were tasteful, but not ritzy. Good breakfast buffet and first class service. Every special request was fulfilled. However, the hotel restaurant (sandwich or toast for € 18) was overpriced. Whoever wants relaxation despite city trip it was the right place here. Read more

The beautiful park, with adjoining swimming pool and small golf course, is unusable in the event of bad weather (rain, cold and / or wind) making the guest feel as a prisoner of the hotel itself does not have an indoor garden or terrace where you can smoke a cigarette in the rain.
