Malta for a very decent hotel, not just if you got the fifth floor is not renovated yet!
There are carpets, where in the rest of the hotel are marble tiles. (Everywhere except the fifth floor...)
Also has one on the fifth floor of the climate on the roof, which the whole night weekend!
The only what is good, the view! We have only in this hotel the fireworks of the city Valetta, Sliema and a further seen at the same time!

This was our first time in Malta. St Paul's is situated in the north of the island and is so great in the heart of the island of Malta or on the neighboring island Gozo to do anything. There is also a few sandy beaches. A map of Malta therefore highly recommended. There are all the important points. The sights, cities or beaches to reach personally I'd recommend the buses. It was clean, everything was fine in general.
We didn't really have problems with the hotel. Oure room was cleaned every day. Once we put the "don't disturb sign" in frotn of our door and the staff left the towels in a bag in front our door it was very nice of them. So we can't complain about them.
The waiters were very friendly especially one who sang all the time.. :)) Before we left the hotel at 5 am the receptionist opened the restaurant for us to have breakfast.
