A great hotel, the very nice in the jungle imbedded is. An oasis of peace.
Not suitable for infirm ( disabled) people, because the hotel at the slope is built, and therefore with some stages and with steep gradients determined up to 12% through.
But don't worry there is a shuttle service every to its villa or suite is.
The hotel beach ( very small) is worthwhile not, as he was a bit rocky. But if you have a small path two minutes on foot has a very quiet gently sloping dream beach.

We were at all the first time in Thailand and it we really liked. The area is wonderful in the slope purely built and with lots of green surrounded. However not very suitable for people, the bad on foot are ( within the complex there is a shuttle bus-service.). Everywhere it is very clean, the rooms exactly like the toilets at the beach. We had the hideaway pool villa-suite... A dream! Child care I can't rate, since I don't need had, but nothing of the sort seen. The natives are friendly and very helpful.

This complex is really pure luxury. It is however very big and in the hills built. That is to say the paths are very long. One drives here hotel's own small open cars, the the whole day on the complex rumkurven, from the room to the pool, for breakfast, to the restaurant and so on and back. The pool area is gorgeous. There is enough sunbeds and the service is naturally also excellent. At the beach there is only for residents the pool villas lie.

In comparison to our stay at the February 2010 at the service unfortunately neglected and is not 5 star standard( for example tattered towels, etc.). This is however Complaining on a high level. The architecture and the atmosphere in the santhiya are still one of the best, the Thailand has to offer. Also the Russian package holiday market now itself KOH phangan reached.
