For the umpteenth time we made vacation in this dream hotel. We were greeted by Miss apple with large 'hello' and recognized in the staff immediately many well-known faces again. Everyone gave the feeling, a cherished guest. It was just: welcome home. The one had also from countless tiny flowers on our bed written. Been adopted with singing and schwenkenden flag.

Our family of five people stayed at the Santiburi Resort for 10 days in end of December 2011. We had a wonderful vacation and experienced an outstanding service. The General Manager, Mr. Optekamp, has a very well trained team (250 employees) and within several, the ladies of the Guest Relation Pimpa and Charlotte, did there absolute best to satisfy the requests and needs of their guests. We have 10 wonderful days in this beautiful hotel spent. We had only a room in the main building and after two days we moved to a beach villa, as we at the beach want to be. If you drive a large gong the staff. An employee will take you to your villa and checks you in the room. We had a villa in the area inhabited. Especially to be highlighted was the not previously surpassing service unobtrusive everywhere, there is a small vacation companion.
