Good hotel, in the years come, but have already started renovation. The location is great, right on the beach and also the various pools and the child friendliness there was no reason to complain! The cleaning of the room should be better and over and above all the dinner-buffet would in our opinion be improved! It is the end of different, so-called theme nights-which, with the exception of the 'African' in the evening, were not especially recommend to all. Mglw. should improve the management of a think this buffet! Read more

The hotel was to be recommended five star house... It has not worked from the outset. Very noisy from about ten different rooms was not one of the I looked clean. Very loud music from all corners and not suitable for a relaxing holiday. Sunday at the pool you understand our own words be not more if the whole resident for swimming guests have the time not more beach chairs available. The food was a joke. the only acceptable was the lido restaurant with seafood but also only limited. Complaints were taken note of but nothing happens... So all ... Read more

Directly on the beach located hotel. The room are something worn and could be renovated. The restaurants are clean and the whole area is well maintained. The food is plentiful and very good quality. Some waiters do an excellent job, others are unfortunately something less service-oriented. Read more

The Sarova White Sands is certainly one of the best addresses of Kenya. Although the hotel is used as a business hotel, you feel that way as a tourist very welcome. Compared to other hotels in Kenya this hotel is more than just high standard every night a huge buffet with different themes, discreet live music and entertainment during the day. The hotel is very clean and has everything, what the heart desires. A wellness area was available and the massages were very good (in the Bambushütte overlooking the sea). Even if all inclusive could be... Read more

It is to one of the best hotels on the kenyan coast. Here is the guest really was still a king. We have felt us more than comfortable. You can relax very well at five pools or in the spa area. One comes also with half board hirr along well, one at the pool bar and the other bars also pizza or other food can get.
We definitely recommend this hotel and we would love to again.
The hotel features a leisure area which many activities, such as, for example, with the glass-bottom boat trips, jet offers, among other things.
To be recommended is a tr... Read more

The Sarova Group is not a small local hotelier - it is an entity with an international footprint (including the Rembrandt Hotel in Knightsbridge) - it has growth aspirations which it has every chance of realising providing it stops the short sighted, rapacious and exploitative behaviour as demonstrated by its White Sands management. - in May 10

After 10 days and following an enforced need to extend our stay due to the volcanic ash problem - the hospitality became neither "refreshing " nor "African" - instead the management of the hotel stated that for an extension they were going to more than double the room rate (from $100 per night hb which is what I was paying on a travel agent booked stay to $220 per night hb).
