Never before have I for euro the 68 night in such a disastrous single bed slept. Wire netting instead slatted frame and I have had a terrible mattress drapes/curtains night provided. You can for those price not expecting a decent bed. Complaint was noticed. But that was it, no apology, no price reduction. Incredible! Never again sautter. Read more

The staff was always friendly and always helped us with questions. The location is really great, only two stops on the metro and then you are in the centre of the city. The hotel is on the whole kept very clean, our room was on the small side, but for three nights it was no problem! The hotel has its own underground car park just around the car parking, so no problem with the parking lot search.
The food was very, very good, a big compliment to the chef of the house.
I would recommend this hotel with a clear conscience recommend!
