You immediately felt comfortable, everything is clean and staff is friendly. For the money, probably the best one can get (approximately 120 CHF for double room/night)
The staff often spoke German, English anyway with all of our standard.
The room was clean, only the shower tiles were a little black and the drain in the bathroom sink was easily blocked, although the room was only conditionally.
