We had rented a nice apartment, whose facilities of a three star hotel is, which is why we make no review of the kitchen. Also October is closed at the end of the pool. beautiful and quiet location of the informally run hotels. We lived for 4 days in the Fall 2011 in the beautiful tower room ( apartment ) the guest house with a wonderful view of the Merano valley. The rooms are sympathetically redeveloped decorated and didn't leave comforts. We felt for the entire duration of the stay in good hands. Large apartment for 2 people in the tower room. Very nice pension with breakfast included vineyard. So in the evening still get a bottle of wine and relax on the terrace are very nice. The rooms are good equipped (we had two days a room with breakfast and then in a condo moved-was so planned). Even in the holiday everything comes two/three days the maid and cleans the bathroom and ensures fresh towels! Dreamlike location, in late at night but with public transport to reach. Very good breakfast. The atmosphere was a bit superficial, perhaps due to frequent change. Our room ('Junior suite') had a very small window. The balcony had a wall (top floor) with a small window that, but a nice view. No telephone extension possible from the outside (only with reference, which was not always manned). Internet connection was not stable.
