For a professional examination I was more nights in Schümann building.
location, location, location reasonable, to airport the bus drives right in front of the door, to subway walk about 10 minutes.
the staff were nice and friendly and also the tips bus connections and times and sold tickets to the original prices also.
the rooms were somewhat musty and sprayed the' charm' the eighties, unfortunately, not even the clock radio didn't work. It was clean, but not comfortable. For the price definitely too expensive. Read more

The hotel Schümann is the service at the front desk very positive. You worked very hard and was friendly.
My room was very tidy and welcoming, only the mattress was worn out. Otherwise I liked the window in the bathroom and a large mirror in the bedroom was very good. A special plus was the small 'corridor' in my room, in which the closet was.
The windows are really well sound-proofed, so you also close to the airport a quiet sleep.

The hotel is located directly on the approach line of the airport Hamburg. If you double-glazed windows are closed, you can put up with the noise also. In the summer you should consider it well, if you sleep with the windows open. The hotel is located right next to a Hautpverkehrskreuzung.
