The Junior suite (1. Floor) on the photo more, as it does in reality. The decor is a bit dated " " , elegant and fabric wall panels (homepage) lined may not be called. The double rooms are a highlight in comparison (newly renovated). The hotel was great, atmosphere, food, bar, SPA, pool (both) everything was wonderful. Is very centrally located in Kitzbühel... Overall, the hotel has a mixed impression, which is why we not recommend it. It would be very nice former, if you are right at the check-in on the agreed possibly Spa appointments highlight, make sure you your dates set for the day of our departure. In applications and left very inflexible. At the dinner one was rushed through quickly, no request if the pauses between the courses fit, it was served just quickly. We had booked a stay with our dog (mops) and therefor per night extra for the dog 35, -€ paid. Unfortunately, we were not informed, that the dog in the room except for the rest of the hotel shouldn't enter. The hotel room was probably the worst throughout the hotel. The information, that you find in the whole hotel (including open air pool on the roof with lounge) can not smoke was missing. We had to take your swimming suit before the hotel! Overall appearance of the hotel okay, staff very friendly and attentive, in contrast to the manager of the house. For years I have not received more shabby and dated such a room in a hotel. No mini bar and no shower, but a bathtub with shower alcove and a small amount of water from the shower head, the level of shampoos was an incredible experience. We were already several times to guest over the new year and in the summer. The hotel and of course also Kitzbühel are always worth a trip. It is now in the winter high season; inside however, it was a pleasantly quiet elegant atmosphere, coupled with unconventional architecture and guests, who like among their peers and that in the evening in wardrobe/handling.
