... ended up leaving a day beforehand and stayed at the hotel " Schweizerhaus ". Two years ago we stayed here in the hotel so it this time no question was where we staying. The hotel is a building and is about 200 meters from the train station and 2 km from the Sachsenring away. But the rooms have been updated and all with shower/toilet. As far as the cleanliness you could not fault it. The only down side is the with the windows open which makes clear streets/+ train noise.
