The hotel is located in the middle of the town, directly at Lake Lucerne four wals, on the road. Parking spaces adequate. Front garden arcs is nice with roses and from the hotel. The restaurant was bland, the map on the small side, but the food was good. However, the service was rather marginal, the appointment of a bottle of red with the comment comments, that they 23:30 o'clock wanted to shut down. My expectations of the hotel were very high since you boldly present your 5 stars in the logo and your slogan certainly does not match the service.

? After calling the reception staff to fix the problem we were told that they simply could not give us another room, and would compensate by joining the beds.

Dinner was pleasant although while we were having cocktails in the lounge area there were a group of rowdy people, one who fell over the table and broke all the glasses knocking himself unconscious, not only humiliated themselves but also the hotel as they were not asked to leave and no apology was given to the other guests by the staff and a 'don’t care attitude was shown'.
