At the beach one was intercepted at a distance of about 200 meters to the left or to the right of a guard and sent back! The complex was guarded by armed security around the o'clock. The grant was controlled by several checkpoints, the whole reminded of a German prison, the complex itself and the entire staff were friendly. Very quiet area. Perfect for relaxation searchers. During the week there were hardly any other guests there. Of Thursday to many Saturday locals. Great nice Staff. The food was good. The beach and the sea were fantastic. Crystal Clear Water. Trip to cairo about 90 €per person bookable. 12-14 hour period (but not really recommendable, very close to be an absolute plus for example, perfume, papyrus museum, the grand bazaar. Better take a taxi costs just as much, or even less.)

I never faced or met such non responsible staff in such a nice hpotel with 4 or 5 stars in egypt,they were so unfriendly talking with me so laud asking for my personal Id as if I am a thief came to do them bad, was no greeting nothing to make you feel as a guesrt in a 4 stars Hotel in Egypt-red sea ,,please let ,me ask you why they did that with me and next day with another guest asking for money and credit before they welcome hiim? I was asking myself all the time I spent in that hotel Why your Reception/ frount office staff acting like that ,, I been watching them all my 5 days in the hotel, I can give you an answer , only one answer, it is that Bad- very bad Management crew in that hotel to allow to such a non-profi staff to deal with the Guests in your hotel and the rest you know, it is like that in your hotel, was a political -money problem since I enter your hotel, by the way your staff is not that profi as yoiu think specialy your italian relative frount Manager or your GM I do not remember now who was he or she, I am sorry to say that I am working in the Hotel business too but I never did treat my guest like that and I will never do that, because that is very very bad for the hosptality land and tourisme industry in Egypt , I am sure the managemnt staff all over egypt they knew that very willmaybe better than me but maybe they do not need that anymore , they do not need to egypttians dealing with egyptians.
