We (young couple) were 3 nights in the new South-facing rooms (with half board and ski pass), very beautiful, very clean. The staff were very friendly. The food was just sharpened! In the morning there was an extensive breakfast buffet and then a shuttle bus to the ski lift. Ski area is available. All together great hotel.
Small faults (everything but not dramatically): no fridge and no telephone in the room, front desk was not occupied at night, the way to the neighboring hotel (the spa- use inclusive) went on a snow-covered path-if you so... Read more

unfortunately we had no freshly renovated rooms. The room we were assigned had two small holes and was dark. After complaining we were given a spacious Arven room, which was fine. The reception was superb, staff was not welcome. The room they forgot to clean. At the bar waited we were 5 minutes and geduzt. There were remarkably many young people with small children.

the hotel is wonderful and is situated on the most beautiful square in Arosa. The breakfast room has potential to improve. For example new tables and everything the same chairs. More color in the white space. Read more
