I had the 'fit in the five lakes-country' booked (3 night in a single room, dinner and 1 time borrowing). The price/performance ratio was in order for me. The room was facing the land side and was very quiet. Buffet breakfast and half board for me was satisfactory. The nearby S-Bahn rail connection to Munich, the steamer dock (I made the Northern circuit) have already been noted otherwise. I made a hike to kloster andechs (disregard the Hörndlweg, back through the kiental, both nice paths/brochure in tourist office at the train station).

The seehof in herrsching is located directly on the shore of Ammersees in the immediate vicinity of the ship eegs international rock. Altogether, the hotel made a nice impression. The food in the restaurant was very good, the service always friendly. The room was not huge, but all in all it is okay. It had a beautiful view of, for example, on the lake.
