Nice hotel in a great location right on the zwischenahner Meer, super friendly staff, clean rooms (the size of the double room was very, very mixed!). The wellness area has gotten a bit old, the staff here were excellent, partly a little inexperienced. Unfortunately, the hotel was in financial difficulties and you don't know, how, and if it continues, this situation put a bit on the mood, the guests this was a matter of course. Read more

The hotel is very nice, breakfast and dinner was super, perfect wellness offers. We felt very comfortable, but a bit away from the centre. The hotel is recommended. Large room with balcony, very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Read more

The hotel has a very nice location. Directly on the sea zwischenahn. It is very clean in the hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room rate is well nisan including (massage, whirlpool, etc.) is very clean but the shower very tight. In the beds one can't sleep. We had back pain in the morning. At the reception they told us, that the next the mattresses have been replaced.
Unfortunately the pool has no. The sauna is very good, however.
Despite all have we us in the hotel felt very comfortable and will book again next year. Read more

A four star hotel where you must not closely. The room are unfortunately not the what you would expect from a four star hotel. Mold pours from the fixtures in the shower enclosures, silicone is moldy, tiles broken. On the first glance, everything looks great, but if you took a closer look it is beautiful by lack of moisture solves the paint on the window frames and general muff met the room. We had booked a room with a double bed, a child as' in bed of parents' rooms were booked. When we arrived there was a room with two twin beds. The complaint was dismissed in such a way, that the beds could be moved. That would make one however. That is move a night table, beds and there was only one night chest of drawers. The toilet paper was refilled with the room service.
In the brochure was offered to borrow books, on request but there was no key. The greatest deficit was but the location directly on a thoroughfare. Sleep was not possibl... Read more
