Actually a very beautiful hotel. This year was the reception a disaster. Very impersonal welcome. My arrival at the day of arrival was not at all entered. The desired room was occupied.

very recommendable hotel- especially cleanliness, level of other guests, service, food.
we had a deluxe room over the spa area (number 210). Unfortunately, there was constant a portion of the water pumps of the wellness area to hear, in the night. The manager is noisy its statements induce, that the pumps eingehaust are, so that no noise more into the room through. If the fixed was nothing to fault.

The front desk was very friendly, unfortunately, we had to the suitcase go to the room upgrade, was for us not a problem.
