for our family the Christmas holiday was rather disappointing. A Christmas Atmosphere was not suitable for use, at least in the case of Christmas decorations concerned. The staff seemed completely overtaxed, but all very, very nice and helpful. The bad organization,; whether kitchen, or service had hidden causes, for crying staff is also met. The food was, at times so bad, that we wanted chops are avoided. Also the management of the food from the soup to main course waiting zeiz times more than 60 minutes. A very beautiful, well-kept hotel, the rooms are too small for those price, the hotel is very loud. Food was okay. What is missing is the soul in this house, the service performed its work properly but not more, unfortunately. We wanted to stay a week but left after five days. Price/performance ratio was not at all! The surrounding area is great for hiking fantastic. However, we won't be staying there again. Very sad! Read more

We have us top relaxed, delicious breakfast, during winter, then SpA and in the evening varied gourmet menu with a large selection South Tyrolean wines. Walks under the starry sky moonlight apres-ski instead are announced, and the hustle and bustle of everyday life is quickly so far away... What could be improved: Wi-Fi Internet access in the room (instead of only local but the was free of charge). The staff were mostly friendly and accomodating-the few other never friendly-peepers the management should actually save the guests... Read more

In all, a highly recommended, considered to pleasant and very beautiful hotel! Only Downside: wellness area (in particular, steam baths and showers) matched 5 star not. Read more

Pluses: Mineral water and garages use free of charge; water carafe. 1-table; staff highly motivated( for example Franziska); quick Elevator to the parking garage; prices f. food and drink very reasonable; really good kitchen; closets well-lit, good beds and altogether friendly atmosphere.
