The rooms are very little, the air conditioning sistem don't face the temperature so it's permanently hot in the room, the bath is very little. It's a clean hotel. The employees don't spek at all english. They are rude. Are a lot of russian people in the hotel (in al Kemer is full of russian, so if you don't know russian don't go there).
they only change your sheets and towels if you give tips to the maids....
no child care, no medical care, they don't know english. nobody speaks english in there. just turkey and russian.....
