Hotel Serapsu/Serap Su Beach

The hotel was closed from vtours sold. Pool without water, hardly any food, all bars are too. Beach without staff in the wild state. After four days and several complaints, rest of tourists was moved to another hotel. Lost Vacation! Read more

Hotel only Russians and Turks. Information is only available in Russian before. At the front desk, no German was understood. We stayed for a week, the only Germans in the hotel. A shame for this once great hotel with German regular customers until 2007. Not all the promise of facilities at the hotel were in operation, many things broken in the room, on the beach partly broken and dirty torn cushions. We have stayed here four times until 1996 since everything was great! This time the purest disaster! Room smelled of sewage, tap water is not even to brush your teeth used only dirty, broken chairs and cushions, all dirty. etc... with German no chance you spoke Russian. Drinks in paper cups. Overall, the area does not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. Room outdated and moldy, therefore change was necessary. The balconies are small winizig. The cleaning of the rooms was not really cleaned (especially the bathroom). Beach chairs and cushions mostly pebbly and well maintained, partly broken; as well as beach chairs by the pool and music/entertainment there too loud. Only for Russian guests. In the opinion of the reviewer almost only Russian visited Hotel. Except for 1 waiter spoke German. English only very bad. Fluent Russian against it! Food was always the same. In a week there was the same buffet three times. Beach chairs and cushions at the beach and the pool were very bad and partly broken, or torn and very dirty.
