This was once a great summer holiday. The hotel is clean and well maintained. two guards supervised the whole day around the pool (very clean, not too much chlorine). We spent a very relaxing holiday in serenity Bay Hotel. Early in the morning it already starts with sport, darts, Shubek, cocktail game, etc., in the afternoon Boccia, volleyball. Every night except Thursday, the entertainers a very entertaining show (dancing, comedy...). For young people the party the hotel was not so well suited, since it is a bit anbgelegen of the party area in Bulgaria. Already at the occurring the room the door couldn't be opened. In the bathroom there was a leak from the ceiling but to demand has not been stopped. The room is cumbersome and the balcony was very small. To Eat does not exist much to say always the same and it was more than enough to get full and was the original coke, Fanta and sprite there was, no drinks! The hotel is generally clean and well-kept apart from some details, it is not too big we also liked and you really always found a pool chair. The food in the all inclusive offer is very delicious and there's something for everyone. The staff could mostly didn't speak German but English. As already mentioned the rooms were clean.
