Complex as far as reasonable

Staff very unfriendly, after distribution of tip it was reasonably.

Cleaning ladies were reasonable one has then also gladly tip given.
Complaints could not be divulged, since tour operator not reachable was.
Other destination.
Adulterated alcohol, Songbirds to eat.
Not diverse, many flies and bugs.
Tense atmosphere.
The beach lies 400 meters away.

What you say is accurate: outside Hui-inside yuck; very worn hotel after ten years and one had the feeling that always only the smallest places to be repaired, if at all. Take it with the cleanliness not very accurate-service worked often only, if you are right and the best daily tip. There are very few Germans in the hotel and one definitely didn't have the feeling, that the French are preferred. Have never had such accommodating and friendly cared for. Whether at the reception or in the service. The entertainment was very good and friendly. We were the only Germans in the hotel and the kings were there. In April unfortunately the weather was not great but everyone went out of their way to everything great style. Will be happy to stay there fly but rather in the warmer months. The hotel was only about 90 persons occupied, so quiet and relaxing. Possibilities for excursions were offered. Very nice hotel and they tried to speak German. everything else you could get by with English. I and my friends would not hesitate to go back there.
Only negative I found the numerous hawkers on the beach can be very annoying.
The Animationtsteam deserves our special thanks. was really great with them.

We have felt ourselves very well! The whole staff was more than friendly, the atmosphere is very pleasant. The entertainers did a very good job, always friendly, always approachable but never intrusive! Very pleasant. Our kids from 17 to 20 years have the holiday in the beautiful area enjoyed. The food was very varied, just like the daily changing program.
You can take part in everything, but you didn't have to.
The pool area was very welcoming and was daily examined on cleanliness.
