All are very willing to make an effort for the guests and very friendly without being intrusive. The garden area was a dream. The complex will progressively renovated without noise. A great beach in the immediate location. Suitable for snorkelers and divers. Variety at the buffet (fish, meat, vegetables salads desserts freshly baked bread) something for everyone. Was now already for the seventh time in shams and for me it was a surfer great holiday. You will be greeted as regular guest very friendly. The food is very good, the rooms were daily properly cleaned. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll be back! Read more

We have the whole area so found as for the last time five years ago. Not bad, rather better, except for the beach chairs. They were partly badly tattered and uncomfortable. The kitchen is a ten days stay sufficient varied. Friendly staff is always a domain. Since it is a three star hotel is 1/2 I would recommend this hotel only serves those, who are not entitled to exclusivity or extreme luxury. Read more
