As this was purely a pampering and shopping trip i could have not asked for any more--hotel was conveniently located near Luohu Commercial Shopping Centre,Queen Spa(day spa) had free shuttle to and from hotel so pampering was catered for and the hotel service was outstanding by far (horizon club included food,drinks etc so no other expenses as it was all inclusive) Will be going back with group of girls in near future so definetly will be using Shangri La Hotel Shenzhen again! - in April 11
After going through Hong Kong and China Immigration/Customs, the Shangri-la Hotel is very conveniently located right across the road from the station.

Very close to Train station 5min walk don't take taxi, be careful crossing roads in Shenzhen cars don't stop even on zebra crossings(lol)

the hotel is very comfortbale and clean , good comfortable bedrooms and bed - the staff is extremely professional and gentle, speaking a good english - the breakfast is great - the restaurant are good - the mocca cafe in the lobby has great espresso - I will go back for sure if in Shenzhen. - in February 11
