Traveled a lot working abroad, but this hotel is not a four star hotel. For example, four-star hotel in Dammam (Saudi Arabia) beats this hotel to lengths for the same price.
It can not deal with all the russians stamp them as guests.
The competence of the staff in their ability to communicate in other languages was very disappointed.
McDonalds would have tasted better. The preparation was very nice to do. But perhaps is the Russian standard.

I would always again book the Sharjah Grand, however not during the Ramadan. It puts a lot of limitations. There is almost nothing going on from 13 o'clock till 19 o'clock. You are not allowed to drink, eat and smoke in the public. We were there from the end of September till the middle of October over there and it was still very hot.
