Dont be under the impression this hotel is at the top of the cliff with steps to the beach, the beach is a ten min bus ride away and the steps are to naana bay, the snorkle beach is 20 mins bus ride then the sheer 130 something steps down when you are their there are no facilities exept the resturant back at the top of the cliff and 100 yards along the road with no customers, but very nice if you do visit them The hotel was reasonably clean and most of the staff very pleasant and work so hard, our room cleaner very nice, pool and massage guys very helpfull and couldnt be faulted. - in April 10

me and husband with 12 other people got to hotel at 10 45 on 19th dec 09 checked in with man that looked like he had lost 100 quid was then told food finished at 10 oclock and drinks at 11 so we had 10 mins left to get a drink we all went to bar to be told to late it was now 1 min passed 11 after we all made a fuss we got one cup of cold tea; hungry we had no choice but to order room service at high prices next day we asked why if we paid for the full day and didnt get anything on the last day would we get food and drink till pick up at 6oclock was told not a chance it stop at midday but we can pay extra 40 pound sterling till 60clock asked to see manager was told he not about today so if you pay for 7days and get a delay you only get 5 and half day the hotel is very clean and some of the staff are great the pool men are ready to help out and have a smile did boat trip that was brill and quad bikes with show well worth the money we met some nice people and had a good time would go back to sharlm but not this hotel the steps not to bad great on the way down its getting back up again and the free bus stops at 8oclock when you look at all the other hotels for the same price it makes you think what a rip off - in November 09

It is cheap enough to eat out and we would recommend the Pomodor restaurant along the main strip next to Pacha, it was reasonably priced, good service and the food was lovely. - in March 10
We also went to Ras Mohammed with them and Star Gazing and camel riding which both were put off by booking online before you go to Egypt for the trips with Sharm Club, this is what we did and the service was good, they met us in the hotel the day after our arrival and they were very good.

well ok there is nothing good about climbing stairs at anytime so i suppose yeah their not great but they are a means to an end and something that is really important to remember it costs 30 LE to hire the shuttle bus from the hotel to the town if you wanna go down there on unscheduled times or you can get the shuttle bus free every half and hour to the town until noon the every hour after that until 5pm. - in October 09
Otherswise you are just walk down the steps or slop down to narma bay in the evening, and those steps are not as bad as people make out, but f you have young children might be wise to use the free shuttle bus down.

Pool area clean with plenty of sunbeds, fresh towels available everyday for either the pool or beaches, There were two beaches you can use at this hotel, one 'wind beach' we walked to one day is very small and much like a cattle market, we decided that it was not worth the hassle to try to find a sunbed and avoided this one all holiday, it is not too far from the hotel but there is a bus every half an hour. - in September 10
