Security: very good because of the elaborate access check for cars and people
Pool: nicely laid out in the courtyard, not very big but OK
Gym: in the basement, spacious, all of the appliances (enough) available, is used by the locals as a fitness studio.
Rooms: absolutely (!) request a renovated room (on the upper floors, from about the 4th floor), otherwise the stay is not as nice and the price is way too high.
