I thought, that it is the five stars with German abroad and view Africa certainly not and was better instructed. Absolutely convincing facilities, fantastic balcony view of the Nile and the surrounding area, clean, well maintained and drinks and service prices, which are absolutely adequate. Fully recommendable! Read more

All in all we had a very nice vacation. But everything is very English guests. Without English you are stranded. The room is furnished with a tv, but except for ZDF one gets unfortunately no German channels. Therefor but many English channels! Cleanliness and friendliness is a priority. Is horse-drawn carriage, taxi, boat or shop. You could hardly walk a few meters ... Read more

We stayed unfortunately only a night as the conclusion part of our Nile cruise. We were very pleasantly surprised, both from the size of the room, as also of comfort.
The offer of dishes in the restaurant was very good. We could us in the evening at the buffet and were more than enough to serve. We have eaten lunch on the Hotelgeände. The service was very courteous and friendly, the food was great.
To complain about it was actually only, that our check-in took almost two hours, because the room were not ready yet. We sat in the lobby to cold... Read more

Many of the lower level staff are excellent, some are not so good, and some managers do not have a "we care" attitude -- I think they process too many tour groups and fail to pay attention to their individual Starwood premium guests.
