Unfortunately, the hotel was slightly old. The 11 years of sun and sand had left their marks. After a refurbishment this hotel would be even more recommendable. There was practically no evening entertainment and there wasn't anything going on for kids either. But we were on the beach all the time and built sand castles there. For that the hotel was great. We had booked two double rooms. They were spacious. Double sink and 2 seperate beds. The air conditioning didn't work really well and made our room slightly humid sometimes. Al... Very beautiful and extensive facility, clean beach, personnel really friendly, one can notice that the place is 10 years old, worn out seats in the lobby or the bars. The dinning room looks like a hall at a railway station. For a 5 star house and a name such as Sheraton, I would have liked a bit more of an ambience. Continue reading the hotel review

The best hotel in El Gouna by far. I have stayed here on four occasions and plan to return. This hotel is relaxing, with no hassle from the animation team, on its own private beach. The architecture is stunning, set in beautiful gardens. The house reef is great for snorkelling and the weather always superb. Continue reading the hotel review

A nice family friendly hotel, very quite on some beaches. Good restuarants and good service. My second stay at this hotel due to family demand. Continue reading the hotel review
