The hotel has approximately 1750 rooms and it has official three stars. It was a lot of business in the lobby, partly we had to at the front desk up to 10 minutes to wait.
We got room 2137 in the 13 floor. The lift to the rooms have we only after a small search found.
The room had soundproof window, 2 large beds, a desk and bedside table. Additional facilities included carpet, an alarm clock radio, telephone and internet for a fee (14,95 US Dollar), a safe, tv and air conditioning. There was enough Outlets everywhere to be devices to load. ... Read more

The hotel is being renovated and we had a great room, clean and the size is perfectly adequate.
Location is great, about 5 minute to Central Park and just as long to time Square.
Fitness centre is huge, but what cost for guests, $40 for 4 days (negative, that is why only three stars)
The staff was very courteous and friendly.

For a city break the location excellent. On foot the central park and Times Square in a few minutes. The Broadway is also directly around the corner. Underground station directly in front of the door. Transport from and to the airport by taxi in about about 30 to 40 minutes.
the rooms are big enough, only the bathroom was a bit cramped. Cleanliness was good. Staff the hotel was friendly and helpful.
price performance ratio I thought it was very good for new York.
I would recommend this hotel for a city journey in any case.

A nice hotel in the middle of New York City! Five minutes north - Central Park. Five minutes south - Times Square. In the lobby of the hotel was always something going on and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Maybe not the 4 star standard, the you in other countries, but certainly very good for New York. Very nice hotel with great location on the 7 AV. 5 minutes to Time Square and Centrel Park. 2 min walk to metro station. Paths to the Empire State Building, or Macy's are easily accessible by foot. The cleanliness is throughout the hotel is good to very good. The room size is enough for 2 people. Fresh towels every day and large TV and safe. Desks and complimentary coffee machine. In the lobby there is free internet access. A tour with NY city sights is only recommendable. Taxi jfk/hotel $50 . Read more
