We were about 20 times at the Sheraton Soma Bay, because so far there simply everything was okay-probably because of the commitment and customer orientation of the long-standing Generalmanagers Dr. K. this this year to another Sheraton is changed, we put in our vacation in a series of December annoying Defects found. we have stayed ten in this hotel, the service has considerably improved and the handling of complaints is a great one. Wonderful hotel with a dream beach and jetty to the corals and fish. The service on the beach with food and drink is unique! Super breakfast buffet with freshly squeezed juices and pürierten fresh fruit and all free. Absolutely perfect vacation in upscale hotel. Some renovation needy rooms, but still very good, high standard. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, efficient and linguistically in English or German well. Willingness to help even with special requests (bed sheets, etc.). the rooms are cozy, the beds comfortable and almost every day there is a surprise: the 1st day a plate of fresh fruit, then buiscuits, then a cake and the room servant passes every evening for turndown (closing the curtains, disclosing the bed lining and fold up your pigame).
