The floors in the hallway were dirty carpets should be replaced... It didn't just simply meet a five star hotel. In the bathroom were on arrival hair discovered there were no tissues in the bathroom. With beach towels was also be savings. Read more

I would recommend this hotel absolutely recommend.
the value for money good, the breakfast is great, the furnishings the hotel is Nordic-modern.
the only thing, not quite 5 star level which has, is the wellness area, 'only' from the small sauna for women or men and a very good equipped fitness room is.
service wonderful.
in the lobby you will find a few Internet computer with printer.

We find, the service (in the evening there is no more room service) and the cleanliness (stains in the carpet and upholstered furniture, in the bathroom on the wall, hair on the bedside table) and the breakfast (not enough seats laid out very busy, you must use its capacity to defend, on the buffet sometimes not everything was available, for example no bread!) are not up to the standards for a five star. Two things I have noticed is that 1) there should really be more staff at the front desk, because it was always crowded and check in/out took forever 2) no free breakfast, internet, although the price of room was quite expensive.
