We find, the service (in the evening there is no more room service) and the cleanliness (stains in the carpet and upholstered furniture, in the bathroom on the wall, hair on the bedside table) and the breakfast (not enough seats laid out very busy, you must use its capacity to defend, on the buffet sometimes not everything was available, for example no bread!) are not up to the standards for a five star. A centrally located five star hotel with a very good breakfast, large rooms with large beds. The paths to the rooms are quite far. The room to the courtyard have no nice view, are but very quiet, on what this important hub of Stockholm is not.
