The first impression is the, what counts is perfect. A good front desk team therefor, that one already at arrival comfortable. You get a room not easy, but the skilful receptionist says, it had a nice room on the X'ten floor. And you should come at any time, if you have a question. And if you had a question once, then this is just as friendly and competent answered. One noticed, that it came from the heart! Very well located hotel in the down town area major attractions are in good walking distance. The hotel is very stylish and modern designed and the rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows with a great view over the city and partly the harbor. Very friendly and courteous service. The hotel is a city hotel without atmosphere. A room in the club area not really worth it-the breakfast is not sumptuous-the offer in the late afternoon is also rather poor, the lounge closes at 20 o'clock-very expensive is the parking in the garage. Read more

The hotel consists of two distinct towers, as far as each far apart one from you not as a complex led from the outside. The entrance areas, as well as the hallways, Passageways between the towers and the 30 Celsius are very clean. The guests are mostly Canadians and Americans, as well as good 1 third tourists from all countries.

We've always enjoyed our stay only wish would have been better weather:) Hotel was great one problem was having to leave pool/hot tub 15 minutes before the closing time, not sure if the employee had plans that Fri evening and wanted to close quickly but there were several guests using the facility which were also not happy about it.

When we finally arrived at the Sheraton Wall Centre we were greeted with friendly faces and a really helpful staff they even took into account that we wanted to stay in the North Tower (the best of the 2 towers) To our absolute joy our room was fantastic, spacious, clean with an amazing TV and very good coffee.

With public transport just outside the door it was easy to get to places on the rainy days, otherwise good shopping and other venues were within easy walking distance, Our room had a small kitchenette (which was a surprise) so the great Food Market across the road enabled us to pick up supplies on days when we did not feel like eating out.
