It is a larger hotel with international guests, altough mostly "Childless" guests. We had two double room Deluxe, which was probably the cheapest room type. In the open area everything was very clean, also the bathing area was completely hygienic. However, the ravages of time commendation: carpets were partly needing attention was the ceiling panels and swim in the incomplete. Special plus is the self-contained underground parking: in the downtown area is a Tagesparkticket 200 Kunar, 120 Kunar.
The room was large and plush furnishings. The ... Read more

Pleasant hotel in a central location to the city center. Everything is within walking distance. We had a suite, so that the size of the 'room' was brilliant.
Everything was very clean. We only had breakfast, but there also, we had no complaints. As we were there March, was we had a balcony not important, it was not available. Restaurants and bars are all within easy reach. Shopping and good food options are available in abundance.
We can recommend the hotel in any case, whether for the weekend, or for a week vacation on a city break. Read more

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel didn't like. The staff, which should be ortskundig, was wrong information about links of public transport. In the room you can unfortunately not open the windows. Also spot on the window sill at least 20 dead flies. Staff could only speak English. Night staff extremely rude and incompetent. The garage was crowded and the Bagboy says, that is not a problem - it was only 1.30 in the early and overall park zones which at 7 :00 am to pay. He was no alternative to the parking call, except for that it was not his pro... Read more

One thing I did appreciate was the free internet access, however, this is not a hotel I personally would choose to stay at again.

Generally speaking this is a good hotel, well managed and compared to the other hotels in the same segment in Zagreb, probably one of the best choices for a business traveller.

-The "King Tomislav" restaurant inside the hotel looked nice, but it was closed while I was there so I don't know if it's any good.

Upon arrival we waited in line in the nice lobby while hotel reception fought with a customer (first bad sign) as they require very sizable credit card deposits per each night of your stay (not just credit card imprints) even if you have already prepaid.

We were paying 115 euro a night (albeit with breakfast included) during a very quiet holiday period where no business people were in town and the hotel was pretty empty (entire sections of some floors had the hallway lights turned off and the lack of concierge and doorman for the whole 5 days there made it seem like they were on a skeleton staff).

When I asked why there were no lights in the showers, I was informed in a facetious tone by a fabulous looking but equally incompetent spa attendant that these are 'special' showers. - in March 11
The wierdest thing is that there are two amazing showers, but they have no lights.

The hotel is in a fairly convenient location. - in June 10
Despite several 'pluses' such as convenient location and very decently-sized rooms, the three day stay was totally spoiled for me by a poor breakfast choice and a quite appalling 'set meal' for a large (40+) coach party for dinner.
