The lobby bar had beautiful live piano music on many nights, and there was a two-for-the-price-of-one happy hour, but on the downside the bar has no air-con and there might be some mosquitos, since the lobby is an outdoor space.

Service was excellent we dined in the outer resteraunt overlooking Beach Road & the food & service excellent breakfast adequate with plenty of options, the room was adequate difficult to shower as bath had hand rail, my wife & I enjoy sitting on the balcony with a nightcap couldn't do this here as balcony to small so when booking deluxe seview room be aware balcony is to small to sit out there.

Great,every thing was great,staff were very friendly,rooms were really clean and convenient and big enough, also room service was very good, the location was excellent it's about five minutes to the newest shopping centers in pattaya and it's located near alot of good restaurants and eateries,the view of hotel was very beautiful and the food was the best.

buffet breakfast excellent plenty of choice staff very friendly reception staff member duangchan siribut known as neung made our stay there very memorable her english was excellant she went out of her way to help us with any enquiries we had nothing was too much trouble for her she is an exceptional staff member we have been all over thailand staying at diferent hotels and i would have to say the staff here are the best from the gentleman who gets the lift to the cooks, pool boys reception and staff in the restraurants and cleaners of the rooms we will be most definately be going back there again to stay.

The Siam Bayview is in an excellent location ,its walking distance to a lot of great shops, the beach & Walking Street Staff were wonderful as was the meals, rooms were well equipped, Internet access (wireless) we were told was free in the lobby but I found it to be expensive if you could log on, on a brighter note theres a computer in the bar for guests with free internet access! - in June 10

Things got better though after we discovered the pool areas: there are two in the hotel - the garden pool is quieter but has more insects, the main pool area is busier but we had no problem getting loungers and the pool staff are very attentive.
