Hotel Side West Resort

Hotel and staff were fine. Room was not what we have imagined to ourselves. You could put due to the small wardrobe wasn't't really a bit. The bathroom wipes or by the vacuum cleaner has a function, the cleaning staff were unfortunately not explained. The room and the bathroom was very dirty. Hand-towels were changed every day. Food was (no matter what time you went to eat) Luke warm but usually cold. The way to the beach is a bit of a walk but the ride with the tractor, it runs every ten minutes, no problem. Read more

The whole vacation was, with the exception of a few small bright spots a let down. The room furnishings were worn, in particular the bed, where the springs. It was out the entire hotel not very clean. The staff was not friendly, with the exception of a few. Most of the food, you wait a long time and the service was not the best.
