We were already for the second time. Would stay here again. Only problems were, the post-flood the pier and the plateau was flooded and so much more. Was there the last two weeks before closing were, one noticed in the second week, that the food was imperfect. But there was still more than enough full. The waiters were very nice and helpful. the complex itself isn't bad, but obvious a bit getting old. On the whole everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly but the service left much to be desired. Especially in the main restaurant you felt like being in the train stationthe tables were dirty from the previous guests, it was not set so that all the other tables itself. We spent our vacation in a very beautiful area with nice staff and great entertainment. The two bedroom suite was relatively small and was not on the very small balcony, as well as in the rooms themselves sufficient opportunities to sit. It was a very nice, relaxing holiday. The staff was super nice and always tried very hard. Even though the hotel was ten days in the winter, it was missing to us at nothing. The animation team was very nice, especially to the children! Our room was always cleaned very well, every day with new shapes and sometimes even with flowers.
