We were already for the second time. Would stay here again. Only problems were, the post-flood the pier and the plateau was flooded and so much more. Was there the last two weeks before closing were, one noticed in the second week, that the food was imperfect. But there was still more than enough full. The waiters were very nice and helpful. the complex itself isn't bad, but obvious a bit getting old. On the whole everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly but the service left much to be desired. Especially in the main restaurant you felt like being in the train stationthe tables were dirty from the previous guests, it was not set so that all the other tables itself. For the hotel -for the entire area -i give gladly 6 suns.
The hotel complex is very extensive and the rooms are on a lot, lots of small Bungalows spread. No Concrete Block. So we like it best. A lot of green, everything neat and tidy, the rooms are nice and quiet. many cats there were on the complex, the disturb us however not, we have two at home. Clean, older hotel complex with individual bungalows (2 & 3 floors). In our travel were in September still 70% Eastern European and in October 70% guests from Western Europe in the age of a-to eighty years present. Up to a few exceptions is nobody misbehaving. It was ultra all inclusive offered.
The double room with a terrace are large enough for two people. Room amenities belong- invid. Air conditioning, tv, telephone, safe and mini bar.

Large complex therefore long distances.
What very annoying was, the very poor knowledge of German and broken English. 'coke' for example was a foreign word there is a Pepsi and as well as still the crutches from my friend were broken it was from. Neither front desk yet guest service or doctor Understood what I wanted to say to you. My school English did not help also much because of the doctor almost no English spoke. That was a chaos.
