The ultra plus to this hotel is the proximity to the sea. A few steps and one stands directly before. Otherwise it was very disappointing, the staff was rude, always the same for dinner. Nor has it not tasty. (We were nearby in a restaurant dinner, despite paid half board). For breakfast, there were no real choice, the pastries were old. The room poorly cleaned. Unfortunately we were with our opinion not alone. Our conclusion: this hotel again but is it not more. Umag always. Is a journey worth, only not in this hotel! Read more

The reviews of other can I personally don't understand. Distance to the water ok, the water was very dirty (algae, dirt,…. ), It was unfortunately no beach. It was like staying in a great setup. I personally didn't feel comfortable. The atmosphere in the hotel was lacking (unfriendly waiter). The balcony was very small, you couldn't even pass table. The staff at the reception is very rude. We had for 50 euros extra charge a room toward the sea, but that we did not get. In the bathroom was hair everywhere and it was very dirty. The bath mat was leeching. The rooms were very dirty. Large cobwebs everywhere, hair on bed and water spots on the wall. The tv had very few programs, the mainly were broken. Be aware that beaches there are mostly in concrete with stairs to access the sea, but this does not bother us much since we spent most of days laying on deck-chairs near the pools and refreshing in the sea occasionally.
