In the centre of Xian is the only Softel a hotel's location in complex the
Accor Group. This is by far the best. Great extensive
Breakfast. Great Spa area with great pool area. We had a huge
Room and it was really fun to stay here. Surely one
top hotels in Xian. Absolutely recommendable. Compare prices!

Here some examples: They forgot to make up our room in the morning and for the night service, they promised to send someone to help with the dvd player but noone ever came, they left slippers and water only for 1 instead for 2, they wanted us to pay more to stay in the building with the swimming pool, no air conditioning in the fitness room, personal at breakfast and evening buffet made us feel like in a canteen rather than in a luxury hotel, room service food was overpriced and not tasty. - in October 10

The helpful staff who can arrange all your around town travel needs, the room was very nice something that you would expect from a very high end hotel in the states, the bathroom was uber huge with a great tb and shower.

The whole area is a very nice development; Mercury is the least expensive of the hotels in this area (there are 4 others), but it is very well designed and decorated; very good breakfast; you can use sofitel swimming pool and saunas free of charge.
