The hotel offers no German-speaking service. We have five days gebuch four hundred (half-board) was fed days. On arrival there was nothing more to 21:30 o'clock food or let alone a coffee or juice for the child. At the check out, in the morning at the same 4:00 o'clock. For questions could not understand, even with a bit of English. The front desk wanted to pay, that we with half-board in the evening per person three, 80 euro, also for the child for drinks and the lady at the front desk... German. You should listen to the reviews of other guests, who were there! Well, for three star hotel, one can not expect a lot. I have nothing against our British fellow-really not! So what! But here in the house, I would not check in again. You can do better for your sourly money! Read more

Specifically asked for a room with a sea view but instead were given a room overlooking the roof top, with the sea in the distance. Room was adequate but no TV or air-con.
We stayed all inclusive and the restaurant was always busy. There was a good selection of food to choose from and food was available all day.
Had to queue for drinks all the time at the bar and were only allowed to take 2 small plastic cups each time, we found it a chore having to keep going up to the bar.

There are better hotels on Majorca than this. The breakfast was large but it was on the English specialized. As it is an all-inclusive hotel is, there are a lot of drunk and everywhere empty cups rum.
The rooms are very thin and you can hear everything.
The bays and the beach are very nice. you could go shopping in the vicinity and also very good.
