The hotel is nice and in good condition. The rooms were well appointed and everything worked (air conditioning, safe water pressure). We had a family room with two separated rooms CEHB. Unfortunately only one with a sofa sleeper as described in the catalog. Our room door could be even children without us open by the room card. That should be remembered when move but test whether the other rooms is also possible. Annoying was the constant loud music at the pool. Was a nice holiday, it was too crowded, very many people. Pool was nice.
On the first day in the elevator to get stuck, as it were, have freed ourselves, as ring, shouting and knocking nobody reacted, after a complaint not even an apology. People at the desk need a training in handling guests. The waiters and the service staff was very friendly. Room was quiet and clean. Read more

The vacation was great, except for our room. It has ponged, pull out sofa bed was a disaster and the bed was unfortunately also two-piece, so our child had always lie in the crack. Cleaning lady didn't really clean or bed sheets changed. Moreover, our room was very cramped. Balcony was dirty on the furniture was sticky everything possible.
The staff could barely communicate, neither German nor English.
